1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "meryyph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the meryyph online casino and sports betting platform operated at meryyph.net.
• "Platform" refers to the meryyph website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software made available by meryyph for the purpose of gaming and sports betting.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the meryyph Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the meryyph Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their meryyph Account that have not yet been wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to an Account by meryyph subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by meryyph before full Account functionality is granted.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wager" refers to any bet placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer game, sports event, or other betting market available on the meryyph Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and meryyph with respect to your use of the Platform. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the meryyph Platform, you acknowledge that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The meryyph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and sports betting activities in the Philippines. meryyph enforces this restriction through the KYC verification process and will immediately suspend any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The meryyph Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players based in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the meryyph Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. meryyph does not warrant that its services are appropriate or legally available in any jurisdiction outside of those it is licensed to serve.

3.3 Other Restrictions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on meryyph:

1. Persons under 21 years of age;
2. Persons who have previously been self-excluded from meryyph or any other gambling platform;
3. Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of meryyph or any of its affiliated game providers;
4. Persons acting under any form of legal incapacity;
5. Persons accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the meryyph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. meryyph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of Account registration and at all subsequent times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Bonus Balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. meryyph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify meryyph immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Currency

All meryyph Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

meryyph is required by its regulatory obligations to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, prior to granting full Account access. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

1. A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID);
2. Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
3. Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name);

meryyph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account closure.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

meryyph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the meryyph cashier page and are subject to change at meryyph's discretion with reasonable notice.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant Philippine bank. meryyph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on the relevant Account. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. meryyph reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to such a review.

6.4 Prohibited Transactions

The following are prohibited in connection with meryyph Accounts:

1. Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name;
2. Requesting withdrawals to a payment account not belonging to you;

4. Conducting transactions that may be connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by meryyph are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Balances must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagers placed on games excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will not count toward the requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

meryyph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, or placing low-risk wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

meryyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to an active promotion will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable via on-platform notification or email.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the meryyph Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are accessible within the game interface itself. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply across all meryyph products:

1. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by a recognised testing laboratory. meryyph does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.
2. In the event of a dispute between a Player and meryyph regarding a game outcome, the outcome recorded by meryyph's server logs shall be the definitive record.
3. Technical malfunctions void all wagers. If a game session is interrupted due to a documented system malfunction, the wager placed during the affected session will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
4. Wagers placed using Real Money Balance are deducted from the balance immediately upon confirmation. Winnings are credited to the relevant balance type upon settlement of the game round.
5. meryyph reserves the right to void any wager that is placed as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or software bugs. Players will be notified of any voided wager and the relevant amount will be returned to their Account.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the meryyph Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by meryyph;
2. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker-style or multiplayer games;
3. Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or exploiting platform errors to generate guaranteed profit;
4. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the meryyph Platform or game software;
5. Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or meryyph support staff through any communication channel on the Platform;
6. Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting agency or syndicate through a meryyph Account;
7. Engaging in any conduct that meryyph reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

meryyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all meryyph Account holders:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Account settings page. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and reductions are applied at once. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
2. Session Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits to receive reminders or automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the meryyph Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audiovisual material, and the meryyph brand name and logo, is the property of meryyph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the meryyph Platform or its content without the prior written consent of meryyph.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, meryyph shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
2. Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill;
3. Interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside meryyph's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, power outages, or third-party service provider outages;
4. Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
5. The accuracy of odds or prices displayed for sports events, where errors are caused by data feed failures from third-party sports data providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit meryyph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination and Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your meryyph Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by meryyph

meryyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

1. A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
2. meryyph is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
3. Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct is suspected;
4. The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
5. The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where meryyph closes an Account due to a breach, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where meryyph closes an Account for regulatory or operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through meryyph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must first contact meryyph's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 14 days for the matter to be investigated and responded to internally before escalating the dispute to any external forum.

15. Amendments to These Terms

meryyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, meryyph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via on-platform notification or email prior to the amended Terms taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the meryyph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
